Introducing Our New Executive Director

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Jen Shute Falke as the new Executive Director of the Mental Health Association of Mercer County (MHA). Jen brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to enhancing mental health services in our community.

Jen has a strong passion for improving mental health care and support. With a background encompassing both human services as well as the for-profit business sector, she has served as a senior leader for over 15 years. Her experience spans residential services, community leadership, and the tech industry.

At MHA, Jen will oversee our programs including Representative Payee Services, Socialization Events, and Affordable Housing initiatives. Her vision aligns with our mission to provide education, housing, and advocacy for individuals facing mental health challenges. By leveraging her expertise, we aim to enhance existing services and explore new opportunities to support our community effectively.
