The Relationship Coordinator will plan and lead one organized group activity per month. Activities may include holiday meals, movie nights, game nights, small celebrations, or other low cost community based events that help clients connect with each other in a supportive environment.

The Mental Health Association of Mercer County is seeking a part time Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to provide front desk support at our main office. This position plays a key role in ensuring clients, visitors, and callers are greeted in a professional and welcoming manner while supporting daily agency operations.

This is a funded position with a starting pay rate of $11 per hour, beginning July 1, 2026.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors and manage front desk activity

  • Answer phones, route calls, and relay messages clearly

  • Schedule appointments and assist with basic coordination

  • Perform filing, data entry, and document preparation

  • Assist with mailings and general office tasks

  • Distribute client checks and collect tenant rent at the front desk

  • Support clients with renter rebate applications as needed

 

Schedule

  • Wednesdays from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM are required

  • One additional weekday morning from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM

  • One afternoon shift from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM

  • Remaining schedule will be set collaboratively based on agency needs and staff availability

  • Require a set schedule but flexibility is offered around holidays and other time off neeeds
